job responsibilities:

be responsible for leading the team to work safely and accomplish all tasks of the team.

responsible for the allocation of team members to ensure the quality and quantity of production.

according to production schedule, arrange personnel to change moulds, test moulds, sample production, etc.

in accordance with the production equipment management procedures and operating procedures, constantly regularly strengthen the safety awareness of employees.

according to the rules of handover between machine and crew, fill in the handover record truthfully according to the actual situation, and inspect and supervise "6s" in the workshop.

according to the work instructions and inspection standards, the pre-class and post-class meetings are used to arrange and train the operators.

before starting production, the production of the first part of the product and the process adjustment when the production is abnormal.

qualifications:

over 3 years of production experience, familiar with the production process of injection moulding products, familiar with the start-up, commissioning and process of injection moulding equipment; under 35 years old.

strong sense of responsibility, conscientious and responsible for the work.

have a certain organizational leadership ability.
